Makes 75 eight fluid ounce servings. Brewing: Pour 8 fluid ounces of near boiling water into a tea cup to steep at 205 degree F. Infusion Time: 5 to 7 minutes (steep longer for a spicier infusion). How to Serve: Add milk and honey for a sweeter, creamier infusion.
