Arrived surprisingly well packaged and would make good gift packaging. It's simple to use and cuts small areas very well. I've only used it for trimming and been very happy with it. I doubt it would work for an Army buzz cut, but that's not what I'm paying for. It works great to trim those pesky ear hairs and escaping nose hairs. Also good for trimming sideburns in between visits to the barber. I'm not using it every day, so not too sure about battery life but it's held well for me.

First off I would address the only issue. The reason for 4/5 instead of 5/5. The lubricating oil bottle leaked in the box. It's a very tiny amount. .5 of an ounce maybe. Nothing a quick wipe fixed. Now for the trimmer. HOLY OMG!! This trimmer is by far the best trimmer I have ever used. The closeness of the "shave" is impressive. Basically 5 o'clock shadow close. It's got as much packed in this roll of quarter sized unit that it puts my plug in trimmer to shame! I can tell this has quality parts. It's got a good weight and the sound makes me feel like I'm in an actual barber shop. It feels good in the hand and extremely precise. I never felt like I would drop it due to the metal having a good handle. I would highly recommend this to any person that doesn't want to spend $60-100 on one of the big name brands. Definitely worth it the money.

I live in Canada Ontario and our “ highly educated and very honest” government closed down province for months. I and wife could not get to see barber and hair stylist for 8 months. I started looking for solutions and options from coup d'etat, find underground hair salon or get a hair trimmer as we follow the law. We only have option to get hair trimmer. I look around on Amazon and found this hair trimmer and took the chance. It came sealed brand new in the box with manual In good English and some accessory’s and oil. We use it to trim my hair and my wife hair after watching few videos online how to do it. I love it wife love it as on one charge it did my and my wife hair. Good quality product a must A must have during pandemic. I call it a good buy if you calculate usage vs price… wife also love golden colour and metallic handle. Very easy to charge with included cable. Wife keep saying it a God send product and we should bought it months ago when Mr. Ford closed down Ontario…

This trimmer does what it is supposed to do, but without the skill or previous instruction it will cut through weeks of careful trimming and then your skin. This is not to say it is a bad product, but just know to be more careful than I was. It probably works well in the hands of a barber. When trying to cut a narrow channel between mustache and beard, there was not enough room to place the flat part of the blades against my skin, so I placed the zero gap blades 90 degrees to the skin with only the points making contact. This likely reveals how little I know of its proper use, but just be careful. Look up the album cover of Frank Zappa's "Weasels Ripped My Flesh," and you will get the idea (although that is an exaggeration).

For the price I really didn't expect much out of this product, but I gotta say, so far = impressed. It's light-weight and fits in your hand well. I've used it a dozen times so far and the battery is still going strong with no sign of a necessary recharge in sight. I do all the hair cutting in the house (myself and three boys) and the boys have said that it "feels like a feather" when I trim their neck hair (super smooth). I've also used it for some manscaping and the smaller head is very convenient and didn't leave any type of razor burn. Very satisfied.

I actually really liked this Trimmer it was quiet trimmed fairly close but in less than a year of using it once a week to trim my beard and mind you its not one of the new hip wooly booger beards, it's more of a goatee and mustache it can no longer be charged. Mind you with how little it's used I've only had two charge it three times since it was purchased. Tonight I noticed the charge was below 60% so I plugged it in and nothing...... it has stopped taking a charge I tried and verified 2 different chargers as good but the Trimmer acts like it's not plugged in so once it dies it will be dead for good. I realize it's not the most expensive Trimmer out there but it should have definitely lasted longer than it has.

This trimmer works so much better than I expected. It is so easy to use and allows me to cut more precisely around tight corners easily. My husband and I both use it to cut our hair, we love it!
