Q: Would mike and ikes fit in this? And how many (or what size bag) of skittles and mini gumballs would?

I have tried skittles. A family bag almost fits in it. Don't try peanut M&Ms or anything that size. They get clogged up, Jelly beans fit. Anything that is around those the size of skittles, regular M&Ms, jelly beans, etc. would work. Haven't tried nuts yet either.

Q: Can sour patch kids be used to be dispenser out

I would tend to say no due to the size of them. My wife uses her's in her classroom to reward students and has Jelly Belly's, M&M's and M&M'sn with peanuts. The peanut one's come out 1 at a time while the others give more. The peanut one's barely fit.
