Fila Men's Hometown Extra-M fashion-sneakers

I like the look. I like the price, and most importantly, they're comfortable. This style of Fila has the large thick soles. I used to have knee problems wearing other brands or styles but have had no pain after switching to these shoes. It is important to note that it is only this style that provides the proper cushioning allowing me to walk for hours with no problems. I hope they continue to make them for years to come. And for anybody who wants to add a few inches to their height, they are great for that too.

These are nice and cushiony, but I think they run a little small. My toes feel a bit pinched.

I have been looking for this style Fila sneaker for a few yrs now! I bought a pair a number of yrs ago and loved them. They were so comfy, and lasted a long time as I still have my old ones. But when I went back to buy another pair they didn't have any, nor did any store around. I'd bought a pair of Sketchers instead. They were.. so-so as they didn't last as long and weren't as comfortable. I came across these online quite by accident but am sure glad I did. The style might be a slight bit different, not much tho, but these are just as comfy as the first pair I purchased a while ago. I love them so much so am going to purchase another! As for recommending them? In a heartbeat. Your feet, legs and back will thank you! And BTW, am a woman so if you wear a 9 1/2 buy the 7 1/2 in Mens like I did. ;)

Love the style, shoe size selection was for 9 1/2, this was too small and I was aware that Fila may run small as I usually take a 9. The 9 1/2 was too small. I contacted Amazon re: return and took their suggestion and reordered the next size 10 and it is perfect. Vendor was responsive and I had the shoes as if it were the original order. Wore these shoes off and on for a few weeks doing nothing strenuous in them whats so ever and the shoe ripped open/stitching on the outside front of the seam down by the end of the laces where the shoe flexes when you walk. Now I know why I got them at such a good price ;) For the money I guess deep down I knew it was too good of a deal to be legit. Oh well, at least it scratched that nostalgic itch I had for a little while. I am way late writing this review because it turned out I did not review it earlier which I thought I had done until I did some digging in my past purchases today. The are still buried in my closet somewhere looking pretty much still brand new. I had a pair of these way, way back in the day when they first came out and they lasted for YEARS through all the seasons and abuse without a single tear or rip or anything and I ended up tossing them for no other reason then they were old and just looked like they went through war LOL.

Shoe is well made, but bloody hell I have never had a pair of tennis shoes hurt my feet so much after wearing them for 30 miniutes. I have bought other Fila shoes in the stores and never had hurting issues. Be careful if purchasing.
