I have major foot issues. I've had 8 surgeries between both feet due to injuries. I have 7 screws and one steel plate in one foot and three screews in the other foot. I was buying these Met Bumps from a running store for 3x the cost of these, however they are identical to these and work every bit as well. I will never buy them from the running store again. Buy these, they're great for foot pain relief, comfort is excellent the the adhesive is very strong

I have to say, the pads did what they were supposed to do. They stuck to the inside of the shoe and they held on tight. I had to really pull on them to get them to come out. Unfortunately, they just killed my feet. After a day I was in hell and I had to take them out. That being said; they operate exactly how they were supposed to and I can't complain about them. The pain was probably supposed to happen before the issue got better, but I have to say, I just couln't wait for it to get to the better part. Still five stars.

I bought these in addition to some disposable ones. These are nice if you have larger fitting shoes in the toe box as they do lift your foot up significantly. I use it with only one pair of shoes because of that. It does work to relieve pain, and in that one pair of shoes I have, it is perfect. If you have tighter fitting shoes, the disposable felt ones might be a more comfortable option.

I wear a women’s size 6 1/2. Even with a small size shoe, these metatarsal lifts were too small. In addition, they are hard and not very comfortable. I would recommend another brand.

The pain was so intense after wearing these for the first few hours. It left bruising and was hard to walk after. Definitely firm, but way too firm for me to have any benefit. Went back to my squishy metatarsals. The adhesion was fine for the time used. Have no idea about long lasting.

These saved me with my metatarsal problem. I am a high volume runner and developed metatarsal pain. It felt like there was a rock in my shoe and hurt with every step. Putting one of these in my insole was a game changer and allowed me to keep running. The problem is now gone and I am confident these pads saved me

Absolutely resolved my metatarsalgia on the first day of use, so I know now what I need for that - but this pad isn't it because the adhesive completely wore off in less than 1 week. I will be looking for a different pad with better adhesive or a different method of use. I was able to double my walking distance immediately and pain-free, but I need something that stays put. I would call this experiment worthwhile since the price of this short-lasting product isn't too bad. I won't be ordering it again and wouldn't necessarily recommend it to someone if there is a better quality option.

I have recently been diagnosed with Morton’s neuroma and afternoon weeks of crippling pain in my foot and not being able to wear heels of any height, I tried these last night. I only wore one on the foot I have the neuroma in. I didn’t use the adhesive, just put it in my sock and then put on three in. Heeled boots. I was amazed!!! It felt a little odd at first simply because I wasn’t used to it, but my foot never had the first twinge!!! I’m a bargain shopper so I was leaning toward the cheaper pads but they looked so thin I figured I’d be throwing my money away. These sold me on the visible thickness. I love how these worked so much that I’m ordering more today. My foot felt normal last night and I was able to dress as I usually would instead of wearing flats or tennis shoes. Btw, a chiropractor diagnosed my neuroma and after adjustments, helped to decrease the pain while wearing flat shoes. I recommend chiropractic adjustments and these pads if you want to feel normal again!!!! Btw, I purchased a couple of different styles (Full and partial insole, etc) and options from different brands and these are the best ones I purchased.
