I am a 2X will it fit me?

Yes! I am a 1x/2x and it flows beautifully. My only gripe is that the sides are held together with only a stitch. I may stitch the side up and down a couple of inches, to suit my own taste. Otherwise, I love this.

What us the bust size all around in inches?

I'm not sure the inches but I would say it would fit up to a 2x easy. I wear a 40D and it's a flowy fit on me
