The underwear is very high quality and the urine absorbing material works great. Husband loves them and says they are very comfortable. Would highly recommend for older gentlemen with enlarged prostate problems. P.S. They are pricey, but they wash very well and should last forever.

These work extremely well if your leakage is limited. They are comfortable and can be washed and reused many times. If your leakage is moderate or more, these are insufficiently absorbent. However, they are still very useful because the cup that catches the leakage holds a pad in place very firmly and the hardish cover to the pad prevents any leakage from wetting the front of your pants. That is the good news and it is good news on net. Any leakage beyond what a pad can absorb still has to go somewhere, and that is toward the area between the genitals and anus, but at least it is not noticeable. So, use directly if leakage is limited and use as a firm pad holder that prevents embarrassing leakage in front. Works well both ways.

Hubby has stress incontinence which is improving after a very difficult prostate surgery where he wore a catheter for 50 days. He has been getting steadily better, after that surgery, a bladder neck incision, and a coaptite bulking procedure. Unfortunately he still has stress incontinence, just a bit, while walking, doing stairs, and arising from seated position. We got these in two styles, the boxer leg and the brief style. Both are comfortable, but these won't hold a lot of "accidents" but will get him thru the day fairly well if he uses his Cunningham clamp while on his 5 mile daily walk. WE are happy with these as they will save us on Depends. I wash them by hand each morning, in cool water, and hang to dry. Old age is not for sissies.

Relieves an individual with minor leaks of the need to deal with those disgusting Guards pads. Not cheap, but worth the expense.

excellent product and quality, comfortable cotton wear, nice quality fabric , elastic and stitching. Allowed my husband post surgery to not use leak pads anymore. Saves money in the long run vs pads or briefs.
