I have it a 4 start because I just started it today. Time will tell. So I dont know how it’s going to affect me health wise yet. I’m excited & I’m hoping this product helps me. I like how it is flavorless. I have a very picky pallet. I like how the box had a safety seal on it for my protection. The packets are very easy to open. Easy to carry for on the go use. Also it will help me to drink more water every day which I need. I appreciate that it has NO GMO’s in it! I do have one question. I read the entire box. It says to take after meals. But how many times a day, 3? There is no notice of not to exceed such & such amount etc… Or if one a day is enough? No idea what is not enough or what is too much. Also I have a suggestion. If someone takes this 3 times a day, that means there is only a 15 day supply. I suggest selling it as a one month supply. Because one would probably have to take something for 2-4 weeks to see a difference. And buy two boxes at a time. Thank you.

I have 2 dogs that were itching and chewy on their skin like crazy, I tried allergy medicine, and I also tried some probiotic for dogs, and it only reduced the problem. I ordered this for me and I like it, so I decided to try a half dose for each of my dogs. I was surprised that this actually is working for them. I haven't had to give them any allergy medicine, and they are doing much better.

This is my first time trying this brand and its AMAZING. I felt the result the first day I tried it. I was bloated, had mild discomfort while urinating. By next morning I already felt better, it has a very mild to no taste and its very easy to take. Absolutely will order more when I run out, big thumbs up👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I did not try it in hot water as I thought the heat might degrade the potency of the product. I tried mixing it with a cold mixture that I drink every morning. It took an enormous amount of vigorous shaking to get *almost* all of it dissolved. there remained an approximately 1/4" lump in the bottom of the bottle, and it stuck to the bottle, so I did not get the full dose.

So far I have been having great results. The feminine balance with a daily probiotic that helps me maintain good bacteria and pH during my period. Good vaginal tract bacteria and pH levels are key elements in the prevention of unpleasant odors that can come along with bacterial vaginosis aka bv. It promotes vaginal and digestive health, which I noticed has made my period cycles more regular and less radical symptoms. I like that this is a two and 1 supplement. It really has helped with my digestive systems I usually have some stomach issues, but since taking the supplements they have lowered dramatically. These pills are vegan and vegetarian friendly, so need to worry if you're a meatless person. They are also gluten-free for those who need that option. It comes with a 50 day supply. These supplements helps maintain proper pH levels. I would definitely recommend these supplements to any woman interested in balancing ph levels and maintaining a good digestive system, they are well worth the money.

I really like these packets of pre- and pro-biotic powder. Easy to take and the effects are noticeable. If you have a runny tummy, the powder (in my case) begins to solve the problem right after taking it. It makes me feel good to know I'm feeding the candida with the right stuff, and not hankering for more sugary foods that don't help my body function properly or look healthy.

I just open the packet and dissolve directly in my mouth rather than adding to a drink. Tastes good and seems to be working more effectively than gummies I’ve tried in the past
