My muscle knots have gotten significantly smaller within a few days. I purchased this to hold me over between professional massages to save money, and I was surprised by how well it’s been working! I use it every day on my neck and back when I’m sitting down relaxing. Very nice product.

I have a lot of neck and shoulder pain which makes me get migraines, I did a lot of research and decided to give this a go , I found it amazing, it's like a proper massage and I could feel the knots loosening , I would use for back pain though as it could hurt your back but if you have neck and shoulder pain it's excellent

Four stars because it doesn't cost much so you get what you pay for. For this price, it's a four star unit. Is this the best 'shiatsu' back massager I've ever used? No. But does it work for what I need and was less than $33 (on sale)? Yes. What I like: It's small so it's easy to store away after use. The part you plug into the unit stays plugged in even when I maneuver the unit around - my old back massager was always coming unplugged as it didn't fit tight enough. It gives me enough deep massage if I lean back into it. If I don't lean back into it, it's more of a relaxing massage. It doesn't vibrate but rolls - vibration hurts my old back injury/surgery area. Heat works enough for the price of this massager. Massage ball things rotate in two directions. East to turn on and off. Helped my stiff upper back. What doesn't work as well: It's a little awkward to use if you don't have the right chair or place to put it to lean against it. The strap didn't hold on the chair I have but kept slipping off so it's useless for me. My old massager had the rotation and on/off buttons in an easy to access area so you could change without moving the unit -- this is a smaller unit so I didn't expect that function but it was nice to have. The unit feels a little cheap but I didn't expect much for this price so I'm not taking off a star for "you get what you pay for" area. The part that plugs into the wall outlet gets quite warm and that worries me. I would very much suggest that you do not keep this plugged in - you shouldn't anyway but really caution about unplugging this as soon as you are done with it. Would I purchase it again knowing what I know now? Probably not. I think I'd pay more and get something better/more quality. But for the price and with limited storage space right now where I am living, this will do. But I will be checking that part that plugs into the wall regularly and if it gets any warmer or gets hot, I am not using this any longer.

This is the best thing i could ever give myself for my frequent back pains. Usually I would be taking pain meds or topical creams for relief but a few minutes with this and I feel much better. Now I can sleep better not being uncomfortable or bothered by the pain. I simply turn it on, rest on it for a few minutes and then I’m good. Back pains can be one of the most uncomfortable aches ever experienced and this helps. It’s easy to use. The button use is practical and easy to navigate even in the dark. The heating function is a special touch. I have not used it often but it does warm you up for sure (not burn). The other thing that I like is the auto-shut off. It sguts off after a couple of minutes (haven’t read the manual or timed it). This is useful for persons like me who use it to help ease the pain while sleeping. The nodes or the bumps are very thick and study, so it really digs into your body when in use. Some may find it uncomfortable but for me, it really helps get into the knotted muscles. The speed is *normal* it’s not fast nor does it have a fast setting (bet there is a good reason for that). Frankly, it works. It helped me a lot.

I got this back massager for my husband he really enjoyed it but after about two hours the massage ball stopped circulating. Another review said this happened. So we’re gonna wait 30 minutes for it to cool down then give it another try.

You can adjust the pressure by leaning more on to it. It provides heat to help loosen up the muscles. Really good! The "knobs" spins and massages nice and deep. Husband really appreciate it.
