Beautiful design, thick paper. Was easy to peel back up and adjust as needed which made the installation bearable. Took more rolls than we thought it would but the result is lovely and classic.

Gorgeous paper, nice and heavy, fantastic color. Would never suggest a self-adhesive paper or use one again. Hired a professional hanger who works all over the country, including mural installations. She knows her stuff & said it was very easy to hang. However, within a month I had 3 areas peeling at the seams. I will be forever be pressing these areas back in place. Ugh! This a room with a consistent temp, no humidity or wind. She explained that's the primary reason she doesn't recommend self-adhesive. I just figured a paper carrying the Scalamandre name wouldn't have this issue.

So fabulous. I used this on the inside back of some cabinets I was remodeling. They made the cabinets that I purchased for $20 apiece look like $1000. I plan on using this wallpaper to jazz up my bathroom because I like it so much.

This wallpaper is stunning in person. I ordered the off white however the background is a true white. I had to return it because it won’t work in my room. So disappointed it didn’t work because it is really a beautiful print.

While it's very pretty and seems to be thick and high quality, I feel I may have gotten some defective wallpaper, as I don't see any other reviews mentioning this. The backing paper is not coming off smoothly. It's coming off in tiny little torn shreds.the first panel started off alright but about 18 inches down the backing paper started to tear off in shreds. I've just spent the last two hours attempting to get the paper off with tweezers. If I have to work with this again, I'd snatch my head bald. Absolutely frustrating.

Scalamamdre is high end stuff; vivid colors, classic design. We used ours as accents in this vanity area. Placed in a frame, the paper becomes a work of art. It is also a beautiful interior paper for a cabinet, as shown. It’s thick and forgiving when installing.

This was so pretty and went up easily. I am very pleased with this purchase. I’m 70 years old and had no problem hanging this wallpaper

Really lovely wallpaper. Thick and seemingly durable. I used mine to cover the back panel of a china hutch I was painting (stole the idea from a previous reviewer who did the same, tee-hee!). The pattern and color were just perfect for me, and it really added the finishing touch! Altogether it really looks gorgeous. Would buy again for walls or otherwise!

So I ordered 2 at the same time. For some reason, they were shipped separately and arrived on different days. Despite looking the same in the packaging, I know from experience that when you buy wallpaper, you MUST have matching dye lot numbers stamped on the packages, otherwise the colors will be slightly different OR the pattern may not match up precisely. I'm not sure an Amazon picker would know to check the dye lots even if they sent multiples at the same time anyway. I thought I'd write this review for the benefit of anyone buying wallpaper online. I sent both back without opening them, so I can't speak to quality or ease of hanging etc. Oh yeah.....the pictures here show the background (white colorway) as being a soft, creamy white. IRL, this wallpaper is *bright* pure white, not off-white or creamy white in the least. I was disappointed by that, but otherwise the colors and pattern are beautiful, from what I could see in an un-opened package. Certainly a great price for a Schumacher pattern wallpaper (usually several hundred dollars per roll).

Absolutely gorgeous wall paper. Adhesion is super strong so be careful when in installing not to get it stuck to the paper. I installed myself however would have been easier with two people. Make sure to really smooth out and sort of ‘warm ‘ up the paper so it adheres well to the wall(s). Bought a second roll to do another section. It’s vibrant and lovely. I’ve done peel and stick and where you activate the adhesive back with water and much prefer peel and stick. *note like all wallpaper, if your wall itself has imperfections they will show through the paper but for us we don’t mind as our house is heritage so it’s sort of part of the character. If you are into traditional/grand millennial/English style this paper is great!

I papered a bedroom wall in advance of my grandson's visit and within 24 hours had to remove the paper. Luckily it was peel and stick so easily done. I'm now trying to remove the vinyl odour from the wall in advance of this new born's visit.
