This is my second purchase of a bloom ball. I got one for myself in June and it's been so helpful with hot flushes and also just to cool down on a hot day! As per the instructions, I keep in the fridge for a few hours and it's lovely and cold .I always pop it in my handbag and take it out with me . It stays cool for many hours and even used it overnight and it's still been cool in the morning . It was really handy yesterday, on such a hot day .It's so good that ive been recommending it to family and friends . This second purchase was for a gift for my mother in law , although my father in law loves it too!My friend also tried mine yesterday and liked it so much, she has ordered one too.Such a great little device that I highly recommend.Thank you!

I have to admit that I was cynical about this, as someone who frequently suffers from hot flushes, I wasn't sure that this would help. I ws soon proved wrong.As soon as I start to feel hot I get this out and it quickly cools me down.It's so good that I have recommended it to some friends

i've been experiencing hot flushes and night sweats as a result of the meds i'm currently on (as opposed to menopause) and have been looking into options that will assist when out and about, particularly when at work/the commute to and from. not convinced it's the ideal solution for night sweats (given it requires you to be awake to use!) but excellent when your cheeks feel like they're about to explode with heat. as a plus, it doesn't produce the moisture of portable ice packs and remains decently cold even when not refrigerated ahead of time.my only suggestion to the manufacturer would perhaps be for a lid so it can keep entirely clean while being carried in a handbag - but i'm not deducting a star for that though as generally a great product and v much recommended.

Stays cold for about 2 minutes so when I really need it it’s useless. It says keep at the side of the bed for relief however after a couple of minutes it’s too warm to be of any use. Not worth buying

My Bloom ball is not stainless steel as stated and is in fact black glass. When stored in the fridge it does offer some relief but if not refrigerated tends to remain at room temperature and is of no use.

Brilliant, easy to use, very cooling when overheating from menopause

I brought this as a present. Everyone thought it was cooling on the face and neck.However there were no instruction or details of what is was, so I had to write a note and put it in the box

This little thing is one of the best things I've bought for hot flushes. Keep in the fridge or freezer, and roll over your face, neck, arms etc to get immediate relief. It literally sucks the heat away. Well worth every penny.
