Works great snd its natural !

I have been using this product since the 70's. I wouldn't use anything else. Especially good when I travel out of town. It seems like things get out of a routine or time zone and I take 2 before bed and the next morning (well you get the picture). Super nice and easy on your body .....no cramping or anything. LOVE LOVE LOVE this product.

That said, it does contain senna, which is a naturally derived but active laxative ingredient. I appreciate that the label clearly discloses this, though I can understand why someone might miss it if they assume it’s all completely gentle herbs. For me, the inclusion of senna isn’t a dealbreaker. It’s well-balanced in the formula, and the result has been regularity without discomfort. And honestly, in a world where everything is over-processed and over-hyped, this feels like a humble, effective solution. If you're looking for something herbal, gentle, and reliable, this is a great option. Just read the label, know your body, and maybe don’t assume it’s “just flowers and leaves” — it’s a little more powerful than that. Would recommend, and have already done so.
