I use olive oil for everything, and I have my favorites, but I was entirely unaware of the "high polyphenol" arena. A word on the Seller: I received a text notice from the delivery company that they had delivered my product. Amazon and the shipper's site showed as delivered. The box was nowhere to be found. I called the Seller. I did not expect any mercy because Amazon said "It was delivered." This is an expensive product. The Seller heard my side, accepted my honesty, and said he would send a new product the next business day (this was a weekend). Amazing. The next morning, the original product arrived from the Shipper. Oops, sorry maam. I called this Seller to call off the replacement and thank him for his intent to make things right when he had no responsibility for the shipper and every reason not to trust what I was telling him. Great Seller. The oil: Wow. When I was speaking to the Seller, I asked about the price----what's up with that? He told me, "you'll see." I opened the bottle last week. One teaspoon-holy+ . Pepper flush. Cough reflex. This is medicinal. It is impossible to describe the taste...let's just say I am now putting it into my cappuccino, mixing in superfood honey, and that's breakfast. I am sipping it straight before bedtime. I am sneaking it in teaspoons during the day. I began reading about these high polyphenol oils and their qualities. How did I not know this? Atsas, it turns out, is one of the best high polyphenol oils out there because test results are made available. The producer shows the certificate results online (another brand says that Amazon will not allow that and you have to email them to get it....hmmmmmmm). So finally, this is not an oil you use for salad dressing. Get something less expensive. But for sipping? For health? For a quick coating of something precious? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Now this is olive oil. Very very peppery finish, smooth on the pallet. Actually, nearly unbelievable olive oil. If you want olive oil that is that has medicinal value to it, look no further. It is costly but who complains when they buy Pappy van Winkle?!!

I bought this on Amazon and am wondering if I was cheated? The taste is off and is rancid. I previously bought directly from Olympicco and those bottles tasted well.

I must say that this is the most fruity tasting olive oil I ‘ve ever had. Tastes way different than those cheap ones sold in stores. Darker, and a bit thicker too. I use it, with other oils, for health purposes. Love this oil so far.

Excellent olive oil but the bottle is so hard to open. It’s like opening a wine bottle every now and then. Is it possible to change the cap?

This is not a normal olive oil ,it's a very potent medicine.

Didn't like the waiting it's a very small item for the price won't buy again, misleading not worth it .

This tastes like real olive oil! It is the best tasting olive oil. It’s pricey but it’s worth it on special nights with bread and red wine!
