Good buy
Very comfortable, this was a good purchase. Now my earphones don't fall out of my small ears.

Comfortable, but seem a little cheap
Added these on to my Tripowin Zonie cord, and this takes the cable from being loose and rubbing against the back of my ear, to a snug, comfortable fit that doesn't move. No complaints on comfort, at least not right away. They do seem a bit cheaply made, with obvious flashing on the seam of the silicone, but it tears off easily enough, and all in all they're good for the price. Oh, and while the description says the colors are black and "frosted clear", the ones that are supposed to be clear are solid, opaque white in the package I received. I don't mind, I'm going to use the black ones anyway, but worth noting if you were particularly set on them being clear.

Awful.
Bought these to help hold some KZ-10's in place -- maybe they'll work fine for other products, but they're *awful* for my KZ's. Can't even get them to stay attached, let alone put them on to see if they work - the inherent curve in this product doesn't approach the KZ cable curve at all, and the cable will lever itself out of the channel. Avoid. No idea why 'Noise Cancellation' is listed as part of the review, since these things don't have anything at all to do with noise cancellation, but I gave it 5 stars, because if you stuff them down into your ear canal, you could likely cancel any noise you would have had to hear for the rest of your life. Probably their most useful feature.

As a universal fit, it is almost guaranteed they won't look pretty or neat for your earphones. But, I am surprised these turn out to be much better than IEM style over the ear all in one cables with hooks built to the ends. It's probably not by design, rather a coincidence. The reason is exactly why they don't look pretty. The hooks can only cover the cables, leaving the earbuds hanging so that there is a bit of wiggle room between the earbud and the hook. That small amount of wiggle room makes the earbuds more stable in ear canals, because it releases the tension from the hooks and the buds won't move immediately along with the hooks. As a result, the earbuds can better stay inside. Compared with most IEM cables where the hooks are mostly slippery plastic, these silicone hooks are wider and kind of a little bit sticky so they also stay behind ears more firmly. These small differences actually make wearing earbuds much easier and I find myself don't need to adjust as often as before. I know it's not true, somehow I found the sound become more pleasant. In the picture is a pair of Sony XBA-N1 with a 16 core cable. The cable is obviously too wide and I used some thin fishing string to tie it up. Not pretty but works perfect.

These don't work with apple earbuds
These don't work with apple earbuds - the bottom is too narrow to fit around the hard plastic part of the earbud, and since you have to wear the earbud "upside down" to route the cable up over your ear, the controls for volume/track/etc on your earbuds are pretty much right behind your ear instead of by your chin. Just not a good fit.

Does not work
Hilariously useless. They don't fit a single headphone cable that I own. It falls off every time you go to put it on your ear.

For the price they work great
At first these ear hooks looked too flimsy, but once I put them on my ears they stayed put as I did my walking. I never had to worry about adjusting them.

It was hard to find anything else like these, as this is a rather abstruse category. If you are even looking for something like this, you will know that virtually all modern IEMs (in-ear monitor earphones) come with integral ear loop hooks to help retain the cable & attached IEMs in your ear, especially while moving around, as most people do when out and about using a mobile device, How well they do that, not to mention the ear tips you use, is critical to getting the best sonic result from your IEM (I have about 6 to choose from and they all vary in those parameters). I bought my Final E3000s in Japan for about 45AUD, rather cheaper than retail at home and also allegedly a very fine IEM for the price. They are in fact superb, but the problem is getting them to stay in your ears, as they are small & rather bullet shaped & the cable natively would fall straight down unless some form of ear loop is used. The Final native ones (shown for comparison at the bottom of the last pic) are fairly pathetic & are also rather flimsy. In using either the Final or this pair, the actual IEM has to hang out from the end of the ear loop & this is the basic design problem with how they work (or do not) in actual practice. The Cosmos are much longer than the Final and seem like they will loop around the ear better, much more like the unitary build of other IEMs. The problem is that the IEM itself & cable has to hang out the end of the ear-hook by some 2-3cm to fit into your ear. This is possibly fine sitting quietly at a desk, but forget moving around with it! Hopefully you can see in the pics how the IEM cable is threaded into the back channel of the ear-hook, & this will likely only work with a relatively narrow cable. The principle is the same as the design of the Final ear-hook. The fact that the Cosmo is rather longer & shaped better should make it work better. However my 3* star review is ços it just cannot overcome the cable dangling at the end problem with the Finals. It may work with other IEMs & perhaps if it was also stiffer & more rigid this might help too. Approach with caution but if no other solution, give it a try & it may work for you.

Ces tours d'oreilles ne servent à rien. Je les ai jetés. Je voulais les utiliser pour utiliser des écouteurs intras, l'adaptation est impossible si ce n'est de "bricoler" avec du scotch. Bref, passez votre chemin.

Once I put the earphone cord through the loops the wire was tight to my neck. Require earphones with long wires
