It gives good neck support when you are sitting up or lying down! I like it!

I‘ve tried many bolsters and pillows for my neck after having neck surgery years ago, and I finally got a good night rest with this pillow/bolster. It is well made and exactly as pictured. As others have mentioned, it is firm but I removed some of the buckwheat (saved it) to my comfort (adjustable). There is an inner liner that holds the buckwheat underneath the zipper so you don’t make a mess; just don’t do it in bed. I can lie on my back or side with comfort. It also doesn’t mess my hair. My only wish is that I hope future versions have a handle to grab onto on one end, but for now I’m using the ruffles. I highly recommend this product.

I would have liked this pillow to have a slightly smaller circumference. However, you can unzip the pillowcase and the pillow, remove some buckwheat hulls, then zip them back up making adjustments a breeze. Great design, easy to adjust and hypoallergenic. I bought two of these.

I noticed instant relief the first morning after using the pillow. I get numbness and pain in my arms and hands from the scalene muscles being so tight. This Edomi pillow fills in the space between my shoulder and ear (I'm a side sleeper) so that my neck is supported. I still have to find the perfect pillow combination for my head, though, to keep me from curling my head down. So I can't give this pillow five stars, because there are other factors going on that this pillow can't possibly cure. But I'm glad I bought it though. I just hope the firmness never wanes.

As others noted this comes FULLY stuffed, yay! No smell. Outstanding quality and design for holding shape and holding your neck. This is "the one" for a cervical pillow. Just use a pillowcase with it.

i like this pillow but it's way overpriced

I bought this as a gift for my son (attending college away from home) He said it works amazingly, he was able to get several nights of deep sleep. It has really made a difference.
