Nice pan, well finished, non-stick, works with induction cooktops. Accessories very useful.
My wife bought this rectangular pan in order to cook eggs for sushi and omelets. Our old rectangular pan was wearing out. My wife bought this pan for the non-stick finish, and the glass lid. The pan is nicely built and feels like a quality piece. The non-stick feature works well and the glass lid adds to the versatility of this specialized pan. One of my wife's new cooking toys is a countertop induction cooktop, so being induction-compatible was an important consideration for this pan. It works fine with our conventional gas cooktop (no surprise) and YES it also works just fine with an induction cooktop. The included accessories (glass lid, spatula, and chopsticks) are all nicely done and useful. In particular, the spatula is wide and the perfect size for this pan, making cooking a breeze. This pan is a bit pricey but it is worth it. Well done!

Tamago in the house!
Lightweight aluminum pan, of decent quality. It's a non stick surface. easy to make tamago, or just everyday omelets for breakfast. My son likes to use this pan since it heats quickly and is easy to maneuver. The includes spatula fits perfectly to the pan and makes it very easy to cook with the pan. would definitely buy this again should I need a new one.

Even heat, no oil, great for sandwiches
I use this pan to cook eggs for sandwiches. It heats evenly, no oil required, and the handle stays cool. The lid helps with the even cooking. The included spatula is exactly the right size, and leaves the pan clean and unscratched. I chose to reverse the lid handle to help keep it cool as well, easy to do.

Good Tamagoyaki pan at a good price
This is a good pan. Quality is good, weight feels good, the lid fits and is vented to release steam. I have made tamagoyaki several times a week with it since it arrived and the process is so much better with this pan than what I had been using.

Great way to prepare a omelette.
I’ve enjoyed cooking and I enjoy omelets and with this pan I have both bases covered. The pan heats up evenly and the size and ceramic finish are very comparable for rolling an omelet filled with whatever suits you. Your omelet comes together easily and quickly. It is easy to clean and store and comes with chop sticks (I use to stir the eggs) And a perfectly designed silicone spatula. Bring your own eggs and enjoy. Oh, the price is reasonable too.

A great tomagoyaki pan
I especially like the silicone sealed lid. I don't make tomagoyaki that often, but I do use this pan for frying just one or two eggs, panfrying gyoza/dumplings. The very well fitted lid definitely help. I highly recommend this pan.

It's super non-stick. Making Tamagyoka was no problem at all. The instructions were clear with a good recipe. Great for people who have never made Tamagyoka beforehand.

The lid is a shambles. Rubber peeling and a mess of what might be glue or just poor workmanship. The pan itself seems okay as well as the other things. However, the lid is so very poor in quality, such that it makes me dubious about the rest. And for the exorbitant price paid for this item to come with an added lid, the lid should have been in better condition especially when new, it's a complete disappointment. Also says on page "Japanese cookware" but it's made in China - so very misleading. For the disappointment, expensive price and hassle it would take to return, avoid. Just AVOID!
