States on title that it has 6 packs of wax but only received 4 and none of them are the scents that are stated in the pictures either.One bag of wax smells like burning rubber when you open it.Haven't used yet but seem a good quality wax warmer.

The wax provided isn't great. Doesn't really remove hair and is very stringy! There's a nack to getting the exact temp needed to maintain the wax melting point too.

Took longer than specified to heat wax and then the middle temperature was too cold, the wax kept thickening. Did the job though and for the price I guess you get what you pay for.

The media could not be loaded.  This is my first time waxing and have no experience. I followed the instructions which were straight forward and got great results. The warming pot melted the wax quickly and kept it’s temperature. The 4 packs of hard wax came in perfect condition.I would say very easy to use and I will definitely recommend to a friend. Good but advertised to have 4 packs of hard wax beads but I only received 3

Stoped fuctioning after a couple of times usage..wax is not melting properly..some issues with temperature control i think.
