Great Capsules

I had a little tummy, after taking these pills my tummy was flat. I like this because they were easy to swallow, killed my appetite and I didn't have to take the whole bottle to achieve the look.

It is very interesting, that which I observe as to the effects of it. I have more energy, have lost some weight, there is a sense of peace in addressing challenging situations. Finally, my sleep is more restoring.

I had been exploring taking Haritaki in powder form.. Did not like the taste of the powder. Every nite. always the same dilemma - to take it or skip it:-). So started looking for options and saw that its also available in capsules. Being a vegetarian and a big believer of organics food, started to shop for Vegetarian Organic capsules and landed in Kailash herbal store. Did a little bit of research and saw they give 650mg per capsule (most of the others give 300mg to 500mg) , which is lot more value for money. Ordered the product and it got shipped on time. The product arrived in reliable packing. Tried it and been taking for few weeks now. Really like the quality of the capsules ! Now I take Haritaki everyday and looking forward to it:-)

These Haritaki capsules contain 650 mg of haritaki powder in each. These are made from a fruit (Terminalia chebula) that grows somewhere in Asia, I believe, like in Tibet and Vietnam, for example. It is known as a Yogic superfood (according to the label) and has been revered in Ayurvedic practices for centuries for its healing and health benefits. The melon is dried , then powdered and placed into these capsules. It is known for clensing the alimentary canal; in other words, the esophagus, stomach, intestines and the colon as a whole. My use with it so far has been mainly taking one capsule at night. I find the next day that I always have to use the bathroom. In short, if you are having trouble eliminating, these pills are for you. As far as the spiritual aspects of taking these, I don’t really know too much about that. Will have to see in the future if my mediation or dreams improve with more use.

I'm using this product for pineal gland health. I don't know what to expect, but if it does what it says it does, then I have found the answer to many of my issues. Here's to hoping 🙏.
