EDIT 11/8/2024: 2 yrs later and she's still going strong. Haven't had any issue besides running out of room for things. Plan on getting my kiddo a Skytech rig for Christmas this yr since he has asked only for a gaming PC for Christmas.I desperately needed a new computer for gaming so I did a little research and asked the gamer community of my favorite game for advice and settled on this rig. I know nothing about building computers and had no idea where or if there was even any one local where I could get one built. This rig is perfect for my needs! I went from playing on lowest/optimal setting with max 25 fps on my favorite game to being able to play at highest quality with a consistent 60+ fps.It's pretty quiet until playing my game but it's not super loud. With the 3 fans and good airflow I have no issue with it getting hot, even when left on game over night.I didn't have to adjust anything and cables were nicely tucked and organized. The only thing I could see being a potential issue for anyone is on the back one of the screws is kinda sticking out because of a small dent on the corner and the back panel (where the antennas go) looks like it got smoosed in a little. it doesn't bother me and doesn't hinder the performance whatsoever but some people can be anal about things like that. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase!

Of course no pre-build is perfect but this one is pretty close from what I have experienced these first few months. Runs my entire game library at max graphics smoothly 100+ FPS. When I started having some intermittent FPS issues in some games customer support was a great help and responded quickly. Of course before buying a desktop familiarize your self with the basic parts and how to do basic troubleshooting because when it comes to technology its not a question of if but when you will encounter a issue.

Originally, I had purchased this PC in July 2022 for my college dorm that I would be staying in. I purchased from SkyTech before and had no problems. I made it to college, set it up, and everything was fine. Until recently the PC started blacking out for no reason, task manager would not load, and even random blue screens. I checked the hardware but everything was fine, I figured out it was a software issue of windows 10. I planned on fixing it, but other than that the PC mostly ran fine. I'd play games at high speeds, I was able to do my work. Unfortunately, I turned it on and received the black screen of death. I tried everything I could to fix it, but to no avail, nothing worked. I eventually factory reset it but Windows 10 crashed while factory resetting causing the computer to be a complete lemon. This PC is unsuitable for use and cannot use it what so ever.

The pc came in great shape and turned on right away. When turned on it was very quick and easy to start getting everything updated and installed. Then after a little tuning to the performance of the system to the games I wanted to play it worked perfectly. Allowing myself to get anywhere from 60-350fps while still keep the pc cool. Overall as a starter pc it’s not a bad choice. Although with this pc it will need upgrades in the future especially as newer titles come out.

This thing works now but it could not play game when I got it. Through hours of trying to figure out how computers work, I eventually figured out the GPU was not 'seen' by the CPU and then learned what a driver is and installed that. It works great now, it is just silly I had to become an IT person in order to make this 'ready made' computer work.

The computer looks cool and is very uncomplicated internally...I did have to reseat the cards and I did have a little trouble figuring out the correct way to set up the audio even though they really really tried to make it easy..mine came with no booklet but there was a sheet with directions on reaching help so all was well.

if you’re looking for a gaming pc i’d say to get this one 10/10 for me

We're getting it replaced, but totally disappointing that a product of this cost is having issues after just 4 uses.
