Very well packaged (small) and easy to assemble. Product works great on the polished cement floor I use it on and the dirt, hair, and (other) fall out when shaken well.

Bought this for a gas station, our old one was always breaking at the connecting point. This performs way better than the old one we have and easy to adjust for the shorter co-workers and myself as I am one of the taller ones. The mop head is easy to change out. Easy to maneuver around the aisles. So far its lasted for 3 or so months. Awesome design.

Great for large room

I love the dust mop, but the handle will not stay up. It will not fasten. Other than that it works great!

Such a great purchase! Recently replaced carpet with luxury vinyl planks. Was so frustrated constantly corralling the kitty litter balls that so easily bounce everywhere! Conventional brooms always missed some here and there. But this giant commercial mop is amazing! It dusts and sweeps the floor in much less time and I just use a hand vac to suck up the balls the mop gathers so efficiently. I also can use a hand vac to clean the dust and cat hair from the mop head between washings. I did have a slight problem with one of the mop heads. It was oversewn, so thread covered some of the zipper and couldn’t be zipped. A few snips fixed that; hope it doesn’t unravel. Couple of notes: the handle should stay in place better; it often feels like it loosens up. Please make sure your area can handle the large 36” head. Otherwise, it can be difficult to maneuver!

Wide enough for our job. Seems sturdy but not a commercial grade.

Would repurchase over and over again. Easy to assemble. Collects dust like not other. I love that it can pivot easily. Very lightweight. Easy to handle.

Great price, but certainly not built as tough as I'd like. The pole keeps going loose and makes it hard to control.
