Is the blade replaceable?

Yes. You can replace it when needed and i can supply the blade separately.

It works beautifully. Make sure it is secured tightly to a table or counter edge. Can clean a whole coconut in about ten minutes. Makes very light and fluffy coconut shreds.

I am not sure where it was made but it is of good quality. I have owned it for well over a year and it hasn't worn down yet. The blades are of high quality steel.
