You may not like the smell
I just started taking this so I can’t speak to how effective it is… Definitely doesn’t make things worse which I suppose is important

Easy to take
No taste issue. Easy to swallow. I didn't purchase for getting better sleep so have not paid any attention to sleeping differenproduct. So far, I'm happy with the profuct.

This is my first time using this product and its not that bad. Nothing works overnight, so I should see some results in a few weeks.

Not sure if it's 100% pure.
I discovered that sometimes other things gets mixed in with burdock root. I had two really bad reactions from this product. The first time I thought maybe I introduced too many new things to my system. So I waited and reintroduced things over time. When I reintroduced this burdock root, I had the same severe reaction. It affected my eyes with blurred vision and a burning sensation. This may or may not be the case for others but this is what happened to me. Perhaps I'm just super sensitive to it. Please read the instructions thoroughly and consult your physician before using.
