Damp Rid FG01K DampRidTM Room Refresher (Pack of 6)

I THINK THIS IS A HOUSE SAVER. I USE THESE AND CHANGE THEM MONTHLY.AMAZING THAT A HOUSE THAT IS TEMP CONTROLLED CAN HAVE THIS MUCH MOISTURE IN IT.I FEEL LIKE THE HOUSE FEELS GREAT WHEN I GO BACK AFTER A COUPLE OF MONTHS BEINGABSENT.

I tried non name brands and find Damp Rid is best!

I like that it is simple to set around in humid areas like bath area or kitchen. They do draw humidity, it takes a little while to notice. If it is a matter of just drawing down humidity a little these work fine. For high humidity areas it takes a machine that can draw moisture out of the air rapidly. I can use both, but a machine is needed as I live in a region where at times the humidity is 80% to 100%, that is it rains a lot.

Moved into a new place at the beginning of September. It is a 3 bedroom and it's under the shade of many tall pine trees (I'm in NH and this is the first time I have seen a yard full of mushrooms.) It's damp and shaded to set the scene I guess. When we viewed the place they had all type of potpourri packets in all the closets. Just thought it was a landlord being nice. Cut to a week after we removed the smelly packets. It smelt musty. And everytime you walked in you felt like you were walking into a basement. I looked at different options to help. I was not ready to drop 200 on one or two big dehumidifier and I found this product in a 6 pack. One week after putting these throughout the house, it is a noticeable difference. No musty smells and the air doesn't feel heavy and humid. So worth the price in my opinion. These work and they work well. You won't be dissapointed.

The seller was accurate and on time. The product doesn't satisfy my needs. It is became solid stone very quickly and doesn't let water to come to the bottom of the jar.

I don't know exactly how it works, but it does. I like that it actually draws the moisture into the container so I can visually see how well it's working.
