Pros:- Powered by ChromeOS. Means you're far less likely to get malware in your device while enjoying the modern web.- Refurbished status makes an already great value device an even better choice.- The form factor makes it incredibly versatile.- Good camera quality. Zoom/skype/meet calls are a breeze on this device. And yes, you can indeed use zoom and skype on this device.- Included keyboard is small but still better than many cheap laptop keyboards that I've used.- Supported till June 2028. Fast and seamless updates.- Good performance for day to day usage. Great for web browsing, watching videos, reading books. Not sure about games as I am not a gamer.- Offline mode works well. Obviously there is a difference between online and offline experiences but set it up properly and things will work as intended.- 10 hrs battery backup is not a false claim. It really is true!Cons:- ChromeOS is a con if you want to run every Windows program you can get your hands on. Remember: it can do 90% of what an average Windows pc can do (and sometimes things that similarly priced windows pcs can't), it's just that the process to do the same thing might be different.- Not exactly a con of the device but it's impossible to buy an USI stylus in India that can work with this device. This means we can't take the full advantage of this amazing device's capabilities.Conclusion:A must buy product. The first few days might be a little difficult if you have never used a ChromeOS device primarily meant for online usage but give it sometime and you'll love it!Buy it if you're looking for a tablet for entertainment and/or media consumption needs. Buy it if you're looking for an excellent value computer that can get common productivity tasks done with incredible flexibility and security.

Camera & microphone are mot working within 5 months, it is used to be hang so much, many times most of the applications are not working.Not recommended to buy this product.

Actually I didn't Find Anything Renewed. It is as Good AS A New Product, all original products delivered and It Got Manufacture Warrant Too. Its functions are also Perfect.I was little confused about buy or not as it is renewed. Then went to take little bit risk. From shopper 'Appario' and Amazon I Always Got Good Service Hence Bought It In That Trust.Yea It Was A Good Buy. Actually I am using it for My Official Purpose as a an additional device with My Laptop. Hence I am not giving it Ruff and Hard Jobs. By seeing its performance I Really Believe That It Is A Perfect Product and Good Buy. Let Us See...Thank You.

I bought this refurbished for 20k. I wish it was available NEW at this price. It has good look and feel.Things I don't like about this device -1. Chrome OS is slower than expected. It was supposed to be a lightweight alternative to Windows and Android. But the performance is as bad as Windows and Android on this chipset.2. Display is not good to use when you are outdoors. When the sun is up, the screen is quite reflective and dim to use. If the device is advertised as portable, good sunlight readability is a must. If you can't use it outdoors, it is of no use.3. Speakers are abysmal. Even a cheap 20k phone has an audio output on speakers better than this.4. Android is still stuck on version 9. Apps like Gmail are stuck in past, you won't get the latest email client. Hotstar won't work until you detach the device from the keyboard. Some apps only work in window mode when the keyboard is docked. E.g. Gadgets 360 app. App display reduces to mobile device size when app maximized.5. On-device File Manager cannot copy/paste files in bulk. It does not have a proper progress bar to show the status.5. Device could have been better if it had more ports and the option to add a sim card. Especially, Chrome being cloud-based OS, SIM card is an important missing piece in this puzzle, which makes this a questionable portable Chrome OS device. It gives an option to instantly tether your mobile internet. But with this option, I am draining the battery of two devices - mobile & Chromebook, just to use the internet on my Chromebook while I am outdoors.6. Front camera and back camera are average. Video calls won't look bad from this device.Some good things -1. Device is good has a good hand feel. Without cover and keyboard, it's quite light to hold. Quite comfortable when you want to catch up on a book or website during bedtime or while moving around.2. Keyboard and cover with kickstand are decent for a freebie. Quite useful when you are watching videos or drafting a quick document or email. Although together it makes the device a bit heavy.3. Touchpad and keys are decent to use. Although, it will take time to get used to it.

playstore doesn't work sometimes so does YouTube app. but if you clear your playstore data in settings it works till you lock the tablet and YouTube in browser works fine and you can also pin it so it can replace your YouTube app. hope these software issues resolves soon.

Ordered for my son's birthday, was totally disappointed as the keyboard was missing, scratches on product and charger was not working

Again and again its hanging.. no options for service... waste of amount.. 6 months warranty but where should i claim no options for that
