This has helped my mental clarity and focus. Definitely subtitle over time, also seems to help ease mild depression symptoms. I didn’t really notice how well it worked until I stopped taking it and restarted definitely noticed the difference!

Don't know if there is a connection or not, but I took one capsule and by the next morning my uvula had swollen up. Had to take oral steroids to get it back to normal.

I really like this stuff, it does work but it's hard to describe just how. When you are dealing with things as subtle as mental functionality it's a matter of experience through time that will show how you get a bit sharper or quicker or your recall gets better. There's no high or caffeine energy boost like feeling, but a more general feeling of there-ness or presence. On another note I asked a neurologist what could I do after I had a brain MRI and he said take a baby aspirin everyday.

I haven't felt any significant or definitive change since taking this supplement but have to rely on the literature that this is and is continuing to do me some good. Pricy but hopefully efficacious.

A subtle yet noticeable difference in cognitive quickness and memory. Its protective abilities are what particularly interest me. Definitely recommended

Directions say to take 4 capsules per dose, seemed excessive.
