Fabulous to cook with, great flavor

I love the Korean bowl at True Foods Kitchen and found a recipe online that duplicates it. These noodles cooked up quickly...five minutes maybe and I was worried they'd get sticky or fall apart. Nope, they were great and soaked up the yummy sauce. My husband loved them and he's hard to please. They seem like a rice noodle, but clear. Not good for a spaghetti dish, but great for noodle bowls. Wish they sold this in my Whole Foods or health food store. $13 is a little pricey. Highly recommend the product!

As someone who has a chronic illness and cannot eat any form of grains, these sweet potato noodles have saved my life! They taste identical to rice noodles and are so versatile. I will say, these disappeared on Amazon for about 6-9 months, which was Devastating. But when they came back, every single time I order them it gives my husband, me and any friends who eat it horrible diarrhea ! I have no idea what changed. Makes me nervous to order them.

I’m glad that I’ve purchased this item on behalf of another brand which was never delivered. One thing I like this much better than another brand (in a single packet..you know which one!) is that this item does not smell at all when cooked in a boiled water. I’ll reorder this for sure!

I like these. They are organic sweet potato noodles. They are much easier to use than the long glass noodles that are so hard to break. I use them regularly in soups.

The product was expired

Pretty tasty noodles. Have had them at a great Korean restaurant in SF. So I know what they should taste like. These were as good.
