Great purchase!
My Whirlpool oven is about 12 years old. But still works pretty well. Since the original glass base cracked. I wasn't able to find a replacement. Also, the service guy from company flatly told me that parts for this over model are not available as the model has been discontinued long ago.I'm grateful my 10s of 1000s of bucks were saved.... because of this wonderful "jugaad".

We were reached via whatsapp to check our oven model, the type of tray, width size and they sent the perfect piece that fit the oven. Thank you for the brilliant service. It was tough finding a tray and I was doubtful to purchase here but I won't be anymore next time I have to repurchase it here.
