Just what I needed

Very good, and exactly what we needed to record incidents

There were so many options to buy Incident report books, of all shapes and sizes. I just opted for one of them. It is full sized and offers a full page of information, which is good.There are many pages as it is double-sided and reckon it will last a long time, giving value for money.There is only one tiny downside, the pages are a tiny bit thin and I think if you use any pressure on one page, the writing might well show through on to the next page. Now that I have it, I will just place a piece of A4 card between the pages.
