So, my wife loves this fountain for our very small 12'x5' garden. The product is decently made, reasonably sturdy and overall good looking. The product arrived expertly packed with no visible defects. We charged it up precisely according to the instruction booklet and 1 of the 3 lights did not work, regardless of what we did. I called amazon and they offered me to return it, but had no replacement for it. They gave me a token credit on my account which I accepted because my wife liked it that much and was willing to deal with the light in the upper bowl not working. I normally would not accept this type of defect, but everything else about the product was good. The light issue seems to be one that other reviewers have pointed out in the past. I was going to contact the manufacturer, but this model does not appear on their website, so I assumed it was a retired model and they would most likely not be able to help me, although I never did give them that opportunity. I see the product is back on Amazon from a different seller with a delayed ship date, but it really isnt worth the hassle to return and re-buy. Despite all of it, I dont like giving less than 5 stars unless a product really sucks and this one does not. It does look great in the garden, the sounds of the waterfall is soothing and you only notice the dead light at night.

I desperately wanted to attract birds to visit my yard, so did the native landscaping thing and hung bird feeders but also read that the sounds of water invites them in, especially in arid climates. But did it work! I love watching birds visit this fountain, plus it sounds pretty. It’s been nearly a year and the pump only just note died. Trying to figure out where I can get a replacement.. but the solar panel and lights still work great.

This is a nice design, but unfortunately it stopped working after only a few months. See the video. It’s in full sun and set up properly, but does nothing (headed to the dump now). I called customer support and they told me it was probably my fault for not allowing the solar panel to charge enough prior to my initial use and that my only recourse would be to buy a new pump unit from them. I would never buy this again—first time I’ve ever paid so much for something that didn’t work a few months later. I hope this is helpful—I really wanted to like this—so pretty—but basically a statue now. Very disappointing—and customer service should have offered a new pump instead of telling me to buy one from them. Terrible.

Smaller than expected fairly easy set up and actually pretty lightweight. However, I don’t like all the cords going to the solar panel. Overall, the good products we’ll see how long it lasts.

This fountain has been working awesomely for me for about nine months, including through cloudy winter days (in Henderson, NV). The solar power feature helps with electricity bills. It is responsive enough that it will run even on days that are partly cloudy or cloudy part of the day. The design minimizes water evaporation - and saves money on water. It also minimizes desert dust and dirt from getting into it; thank goodness! The little lights that illuminate early evening are a bonus ambient beautifier. So glad I get this fountain.

The only negatives are minor for us. The LEDs are not very bright. However, we located our unit near our deck. Love it when we are relaxing outside. It won't run 7 X 24. Really OK in the evening! Usually runs down in the middle of the night. Charges quickly when the sun rises. TIPS: Be careful reaching inside. There are sharp corners and mine had a couple of casting shards inside. The extra cable is a replacement LED. DO charge the unit for at least a day before using. The 3 wires on the charger hook directly to the 3 LED wires on the fountain. No special order! Screw snugly to keep dry. There is an On/Off switch on the back of the solar panel. Use it for first charge, especially if no water yet. Do not run the pump until you have water in the tank.

The sound of water in an urban garden create a sense of tranquility and peace. I purchased this fountain for my daughter's Mother's Day gift. It was perfect for her needs because of the solar feature, the fountain runs beautifully on sunny days. It does not store power so it may occasionally stop working on cloudy days, but it's still beautiful. I visited my daughter yesterday and noticed that the paint had worn off in a spot to the left of the 2nd cascading bowl. She said it happened after a rainy day and showed me that the water from the fountain does not flow on the back of the fountain where the paint is missing. She loves the fountain, but is a little disappointed that the paint came off because it destroys the overall look of the fountain. I am disappointed because my daughter loves the tranquility and peace she gets from the flow of the water but is missing paint. It was easy to install and was a great value which allowed me to give my daughter something that she wanted. The fountain is beautiful, and the water flows perfectly, without splashing on the fountain itself. My only regret is that the item does not appear to be a durable as my daughter and I had anticipated. I am giving it 3 stars primarily because it is perfect for a small urban garden and is a wonderful addition to my daughter's garden.

I wanted a small fountain for my small yard and I thought this would be perfect and it is. ease to assembly the fountain quality is excellent and the sound of the water is so much more than I expected. The water is very southing and I enjoy just sitting in my backyard to the relaxing sound of this fountain. So happy with this purchase
