There is no clear indication of the product voltage anywhere in the product details. When its arrive its only work in 110 voltage and not 240 voltage in uae . This is a serious electrical hazard! Why its even been shipped to a country with no compatible voltage. Further more there is no return policy!!

The item stopped working after 1 used . I was so excited to use it and happy with it the first day . 2 days after I tried to use and it stopped working at all after few mins . It doesn’t even turned on anymore . You don’t hear the hissing sound . I am very disappointed, I was excited as I wanted to buy one for my mom . I’m so pissed I couldn’t contact the seller . I wanted a replacement ,

I was so excited about this product, but unfortunately, two applicators did not work at all. I've sent it back, and I would like to receive a product working 100%, please. I need this equipment to work. Before sending me the exchanged product, please make sure all four applicators are working properly. Thank you for your attention.

It's 110 V, US plug, no possible to used in the UAE

For high frequency devices to have any actual effect their frequency is supposed to be over 100Hz, this device is 50-60Hz. The specs are not mentioned on Amazon for this very reason. Read about required device frequency online. This device is simply not doing what it is advertised to do.

This product is not compatible with electricity supplies outside Canada and the USA. On the box it clearly states that the product should not be used with adapters. The information on the page says it runs on batteries

اقل مظاهر الاحترام للعملاء يا امازون انكم توضحون لهم في الوصف قبل نشتري ان قدرة الجهاز الكهربائية غير متوافقه خارج امريكا وكندا لانها بس 110 فولت للعلم شريت الجهاز ومن اول تشغيله احترق 👏 وللعلم اكثر من رد تم الاشارة لذلك
