Doesn't dissolve
It doesn't dissolve in both cold or hot milk... Even tried in room temperature milk..it doesn't dissolve..

Makes delicious icecream
This vegetarian icecream Stabilizer gives an amazing texture and stability to the icecream. It prevents formation of ice crystals . So it results in making the icecream delicious. Must try !
