I do in average 6 hours of spinning a week and would be much higher if the bottom wouldn't start hurting/numbing after half an hour. This is the third seat cover and the only one that didn't cause pain or numbness, like at all! Easy to put up, fits like a glove, a bit expensive but considering....? The dip is exactly where it needs to be, I am 5'9(175cm) and 65kg so not skinny or well built. It has a water proof lining and I believe it could be excellent if turned around even outside for the rain. Protects both the seat and with the not extremely firm memory foam the body parts. Excellent functionality.

The bike seat is just as described and advertised. I have a Lectric bike and it fits perfectly. It is soft enough to make riding more comfortable. I am very satisfied with the purchase.
