Well Taste is Awful ..feels like worst thing u can put in ur mouth..I use to take tablets but switched to powder which is a bad decision for me.. Well it priced good Seal was okay ..packing was very standard nothing fancy.. Sprinula has good benefits so I keep taking it.. Can't guarante authenticity as it gives me STOMACH ACHE and feel bloated every time I take...which only happens if ur overdosing or low quality product.
