Most fish oils do not tell you the source or are very vague but this is my favourite brand as all this is specified and you know it is sustainable. It has the best balance of EPA and DHA I can find, and I find it is very effective. I find it difficult to swallow the larger tablets that are often associated with fish oils but these are small and easy to swallow. Delivery is fast and it comes well packaged.

Great value, service and easy to digest

I normally would give these a 5 star, but the size of the pill increased by 250% from. my previous orders. when they were small it was the best available product on offer. but these large hard to swallow version, are unpleasant to say the least. i'm looking for replacement. 3 stars for great quality, minus two stars for the punishing size.

Perfect if you have difficulty stalling the usual size omega tablets. Shame they are so expensive
