I bought this too replace one that had quit, a back massager that probably is 6 years old and it works great, hard to beat a simple repair like that

The power pack is pretty standard, but is especially useful for Thourildhox signs. The adapter for accepting insulated wires from their signs is just a little bit difficult to install wires into. Be careful or you'll short between + and - terminals.

This is an excellent power supply at a reasonable price. I use them to power up Raspberry Pis when there is no outlet near because the 5v power supplies will have a significant voltage drop when I extend their cables. To do so, I plug this in and bring 12V near by the location of the Raspberry Pi. Then I use a regulator DC 8-50V to DC 5V 3A Step Down Voltage Regulator to power up the Raspbery Pi. Last time I purchased it they had a 5 pack offer for 25.99 but I do not see it any longer. At a little over 5 bucks per power supply, it was a great deal and I should have bought more. Nonetheless, still a great price at 7.99 each at the time of this review. If you find your self using voltage regulators and looking often for power supplies to power up your projects, this is something you should have laying around because you will need it sooner or later. The included connector is just the thing that makes this power supply package even better and allows you to hook this up to anything that will operate at 12V.

I bought 2 of these to power a Yamaha MX61 keyboard. The original Yamaha power supply died after about 2 years of weekend use. It was 12v, 1.5 amp, positive center. I tested both of these on an ohmmeter and they rated out at 12.27 and 12.28 volts (pretty standard for 12v power supplies). So far they work great for the Yamaha. I figure if the one we're using dies I can switch to the other at the gig and then order another. Two of these cost less than a replacement Yamaha power supply and each of them will probably last at least as long as the original. The cord is a bit short but it's long enough to reach the floor from a fairly tall keyboard stand.

Seems like a decent charger and I like the little "screw terminal" adapter that came with it, worked perfect for my application. My complaint is the cord, it is not very long and it is EXTREMELY stiff - about as bendable as a coat hanger.
