I have purchased this a couple of times and wanted to use the decongestant for months to provide a long-term evaluation. The ingredients are high quality and effective. The nasal decongestant is better than any store brand I have purchased retail. I use it for my bad allergies which cause me a lot of nasal drip. It is very effective and long-lasting. I have never had any side effects. The quality ingredients have been safe and effective for me. I have only used it for allergies, and it works great. I haven't used it for cold or flu yet, but it is effective for my allergy needs. 300 tablets at that price point are a great value for the money. Highly recommend!
