I'm 53 and was having some very heavy, long lasting, and frequent menstrual cycles. I have some fibroids and reached my end when a cycle was lasting heavy for four weeks. I did some studying and decided to give this, along with Mary Ruth's liquid iron a try. After the first dose my heavy bleeding began to slow. After two days it slowed to some very light spotting. After a week all bleeding ceased and now it's been 6 weeks of no bleeding or spotting at all. I believe this product helped get my hormones in balance. I also took MR iron and I truly feel sooo much better. I now just take the Stinging Nettles a couple times a week. Thank you Mary Ruth for this product. 💝

The taste is pleasing to the taste buds. I take it morning and night. Hoping this will help me in my health journey.

The solution is really sweet and glycerine alone does not do that. It probably contains fructose or another sweetener, which the label conveniently avoids to state. I'd actually prefer sugar as opposed to fructose syrup or aspartame.

This is my second bottle of this product. I put it in my morning coffee and when I don't use it, I feel more tired and sore.
