I recently purchased these gummies due to the health benefits of ACV as well as Black Seed. Nice size and detail in the gummies and they taste great. It’s hard to keep to two gummies a day! I’ve seen some initial effects on appetite suppression for sure so will see how they do longer term. I’ve tried other well known brands but these taste so much better.I noticed some reviews that mentioned the sugar content but it’s already outlined they contain 2g sugar per gummy in total of all ingredients so nothing hidden and I don’t think some people can read the label correctly especially if you don’t want to consume sugar at all then you need to pay more attention. I’ve compared these to the other gummies and they are all very similar in sugar content and ingredients. So I thought this would be useful in case others were confused.

I took these for nearly 3 months while doing slimming world just after Xmas and lost a stone combining them, I stopped taking his about 3 weeks ago and I’ve been constantly hungry but didn’t understand why, they definitely curb your appetite as u have realised I’ve only been hungry again since I stopped taking these, just bought some more and will continue to take them, they are not miracle workers but they do work to stop you being hungry 😋

Have just finished the whole bottle now and have had no weight loss , didn't help suppress my appetite either . But I do think it did help with bloating and I really struggle with oedema and noticed it hasn't been bad since taking these . So on this alone I have ordered more .I am already on a calorie deficit diet and stuff so maybe hence no weight loss .

Amazing products, taste great compared to other alternatives (I have tried many) so happy to know that it comes with bonus ingredients (black seed). It has really made me feel good since eating the gummies, I have been feeling fuller, lighter and energetic and my skin I have to say has been amazing thanks to these.

I took the whole pot according to the indications but didn't feel any benefits from it. They are nice to chew. It has a sweat taste with a little after taste of vinegar

Started using this product a couple of months ago. As someone who is a avid gym goer and works out often I still suffered from regular bloating which never went away no matter what I did or didn’t eat. Decided to take these gummies to see if they would help as heard they are good for many things, digestion and bloating is one of them! Since I have been taking them in the morning i no longer seem to suffer from bloating! Will definitely continue to take these gummies, also bonus point is that they taste great too!

As in my picture I have received the gummies I ordered with no screw top. Looking around the house to see if there is anything I can use as I like this product. I’m on my third one.

Only 2 stars as don't think these are great, didn't seem to give the energy boost or a weight loss difference at all. Not the best tasting to more bitter then sweet. I would recommend you try a different brand before trying these ones
