A good product at a good price
I ordered this item to replace the rubberized base on a 20+ year old stainless steel travel mug. So far it's working great, and I now have extra on-hand for other projects. The adhesion is very good, with no peel-back at all.

Foam squares
The adhesive backing is very strong and holds firmly in place. Sometimes removing the backing took some effort but other than that they are good foam squares.

Good for a low profile wrist pad. Adhesive backing difficult to remove.
I'm using the 1/8" thick version to add padding to the wrist shelf on my keyboard; I found the 1/4" was too thick for what I wanted. I'd been using dedicated products, but they cost as much as this whole pack, just for two squares of material that really weren't even wide enough to support my whole hand. A really important factor for this is that the pad can't be slippery - the bare plastic is, and that's one of the problems I'm trying to solve. Silicone pads have a similar subtle squish (usually just a bit softer than this foam) but are much more slippery, even the dull/matte looking pads. Silicone is known for being nonstick, so no surprise. These were very easy to trim to size, and unlike trimming something like a mousepad, the top layer on this foam doesn't want to immediately delaminate from the inner layers when you cut it. After a week of constant use they're still looking good. The adhesive is strong, in a pleasant surprise sort of way. I was still able to reposition them as I was fitting them, but even after doing so they're not lifting at the corners or anything and it's a curved contour they have to follow; I wouldn't have expected them to do flawlessly. Here's hoping it stays that way. My only complaint is actually that the adhesive is strong enough that getting the backing to peel away cleanly is difficult - I noticed this on the 1/4" and on the 1/8" both, so I'd expect it on all of the varieties. You need to be very careful that you're actually unpeeling the paper from the adhesive layer, rather than having the adhesive layer stay firmly bonded to both the paper and the bottom surface of the foam --- the middle, soft part of the foam sandwich will try to tear away instead. I found I just had to try a different corner, and sometimes a third or even fourth spot to get the paper to peel away cleanly - though once you can get even a tiny bit of it, the rest comes easily.

Works great
I have 2 12 inch subwoofers in my car trunk. I put 2 layers on the back of my license plate and put screws in the 4 holes of my license plate. It took away 75%-80% of the license plate rattle against the trunk.

Accomplished A Much-Needed Hack
Fortunately people are willing to share successful efforts online with others so that they too may benefit. That was the case here. I will not go into all the specifics, but the individual linked this product in order to complete the task and it worked like a charm. The foam and adhesive seem to be of excellent quality, price was certainly excellent. Very pleased.

Looks good, easy to use
I needed them for a small toolbox drawer lining - they cut easily and held in place with the adhesive backing (which was easy to use, BTW) They arrived promptly and in goog shape.

Patience...
Used to line a concept motorcycle helmet (it was ok).. can't say how long it will last but does takes some configuration. Nice quality, ease of cutting, make sure to measure first, (try plane paper cutout patterns).. then modify.

Saludos.

He used them for kneeling down in the canoe when out by himself. He thought they were great and doing the job of protecting his knees and giving some cushion. But whwn the water came in the canoe, the adhesive didn't stick. Great product, just not around water

I bought these to cushion my bicycle seat but found out that the seat was now worse than ever as the thick cushion just did not work for what I wanted. I later used it to cover my arm rest on my glider rocker chair. I gave it 5 stars as it does work if used for what it is designed for.
