I have an auto immune disorder that makes me very ill. I have tried other products with very bad reactions; this one is my go to! My Dr. suggested this for sleep, relaxation and mood. Easy to prepare and dissolves instantly!! No clumps of powder to try to disolve. I'll continue, seems to be helping with the sleep problem. Tastes great, just enough sweet to make it appealing.

This batch smelled faintly of acetone so I threw it out as a precaution - I was refunded promptly.
