The bulbs arrived in a light duty cardboard box. The box itself appeared torn open previously and although there was an insert to retain the bulbs in fixed spots, the bulbs were not held by it and were all loose. At first I was concerned that I received a box of someone's old used bulbs. Upon closer examination, they appeared unused, and all tested good with a continuity tester. One bulb appears to be of a little bit lower quality to the mounting base. Aside from that, no issues. The description is accurate and otherwise the product delivers.

It was very easy to install in my car, the hardest part is finding where to replace the bulbs, but other than that, just plug and play. The brightness matched that of my OEM ones, couldn't recommend it more.
