It is split vertically, once you put them side by side you cannot see the split.

1 sided. the other side is off white.

Wich is the size of this background? does it serves as a background for photography?

It is not a big enough size for anyone to stand in front of it. I don't think it is a good background.

Is there anyway to get the fold creases out of this?

You can try to put a sheet folded in 2 over a piece of the backdrop and try to iron it out that way. I recommend a small section on the bottom to put to test
