Alphacool Eisfluegel G1/4 Square Acetal Flow Indicator

Alphacool make nice quality components. This was reasonably priced, it feels well made and it looks good. It's nice to be visually reassured that coolant is circulating around the system as it should be.

Easy to install and turn well

Good position of the additional hole at the top, that can be used to let out an air bubble (do not open when the system is under pressure).

Der Eisflügel funktioniert einwandfrei und sieht gut aus. In meinem Fall sitzt er in einem Minimalkreislauf mit der Alphacool Eisbär Pumpe. Auch mit dieser kleinen Pumpe zeigt er zuverlässig den Durchfluss an. In meinem Aufbau, Zufluss von oben und Abfluss zur Seite, ist der Eisflügel sehr anfällig gegen Luftblasen, selbst kleinere Luftblasen, die sich im Eisflügel fangen stoppen ihn. Sobald das System komplett entlüftet ist läuft alles problemlos.
