Like the taste and the ease of using these. My disappointment lies with them being all stuck together when they arrived. I could loosen the top ones but have to stab others with a fork to remove.

I’ve been taking these for about 3 months. I think they taste great and the texture is nice. The biggest plus in my opinion is that I think they work! I’ve definitely noticed a big difference in my eyelashes being longer and my nails being stronger. I will keep taking them.

Been taking these supplements for 3 months. Hair slightly thicker but nails not much improvement. They are a bit stronger but still break easily. Was expecting better. Still taking them and will update if things improve after longer use.

They are so hard to get out of the container. I am on my 3rd bottle and they are so stuck I have to use tools to get them out I can simply turn it over. I thought well it was just the first bottle but now I know it's a problem. I think they work ok but I feel like other brands have better results. I am going to shop around before I commit to more of these. (I have been taking 3 a day because 2 didn't do anything)
