The media could not be loaded.  I never write reviews or make videos but considering when I was looking online for lights i read mixed reviews and found really short videos on lights I thought I’d finally write one. Heck I was even searching YouTube for review videos on lights because before I buy a product that has many diff brands on the same type of product with slight differences I want to make sure I’m getting the right product best suited for my needs. I bought 2 other lights along with these. All took 3-AAs. One was a light literally just like this one but ended up not being as bright and the other was a set of 6 puck cabinet lights. If your looking for a bright and reliable light then this is the light to get and my personal opinion is that these lights def deserve more reviews then it has since I can see this product easily getting overlooked since there aren’t as many reviews on it as other lights. Hope my video has helped other people who spend hours trying to research on these types of lights and still come up short being undecided if they want to buy them or not.

The media could not be loaded.  These Chakev pool lites are great 👍. After reading several negative reviews about water getting in, I was a little hesitant about getting them. Three points, 1st - it is very important to close it TIGHTLY! There are etched lines on the sides of the lid and base, once you tighten continue to turn until you line up these marks. 2nd - they will work well on a Intex above ground pool. I didn’t need the suction cups, since the pool sides touches the metal poles I simply placed the magnet at the highest point where it meets. So even if it slid down it would always be touching metal (had 2 boys splashing about and the lites stayed in place). 3rd - if you still don’t feel you have tightened it completely you can always place it in a zip lock SNACK bag (not the sandwich size). They are a perfect fit and it seals easily. I’ve tested 3 in a snack bags & 1 without, after 3 weeks all are working perfectly. Let’s see if they make it thru the summer?!

They are very bright ( which by the way you can control with the remote)On the remote there is a button for a smooth transition in lightning , a flash option and 12 different light settings plus... ( as if this wasn’t enough) you can set it on a timer for 2-4-6 hours. Super nice if your wanting to save battery life ( each one takes 3 double A’s.( not included) Super duper cool. I would highly recommend and buy would again!The video shows the dark blue color, so I would say that’s the darkest of all the colors, and honestly the pictures don’t do these lights justice, they are beautiful !I gave the suction power a 4 star. They hold well but I wanted mine at the bottom of the hot tub. If you use the suction cups or are putting lights in water, make sure the light cap and battery compartment is screwed together tightly.Awesome Awesome Awesome!!!

I received and installed them in my pool after carefully reading and adhering to the instructions. I made sure they were screwed together tightly and that the suction cups were well adhered.The next day I found all for lights at the bottom of my pool. After fishing them out, I found one was completely destroyed due to water damage, and the other while not destroyed were also wet inside.I returned them the next day and for some reason agreed to have another set sent to me as opposed to a full refund (everyone deserves a second chance).I am hopefully pessimistic about the replacement lights that are due to arrive today (I will try to update this review if they work as promised).I may just use them as accent lights as in my bushes as opposed to submersing them again only to disappoint myself another time.LET THE BUYER BEWARE !(If you read this and still decide purchase these dogs, then you will get what you deserve).

So happy that I purchased this submersible LED light for my fish pond! It emits even, bright light which accentuates the water flowing from the fountain, and I love the various color options! The remote control works perfectly, and I can control the light from my kitchen window which is approximately 20' from the fish pond!UPDATE - The white light was not working so we contacted Customer Service and they quickly sent a replacement! Highly recommend!!!

I have been getting my patio spring and summer ready and made a little fountain for relaxation. Felt like it needed something , so I ordered this light and I am blown away! For the price it cannot be beat . It took me 5 mins to put batteries and put it into my fountain. The light is super bright and I have it on during the day. I can’t wait to see it at night! The suction cups hold very well. I am very pleased with the product . A must have!

These would be great except the batteries go dead in a week whether you use it or not. First time I put batteries in I thought I must have left it turned on because the batteries were dead in a weak. Replaced with new batteries and they went dead in a week even though I was not using it. I can only assume that because the remote is RF that the receiver in the light must be constantly searching for a signal. In any event, whatever the reason, these are worthless unless you want to replace the batteries every week.
