The product is excellent, however the bottle neck is too short and there's always some spillage when pouring. I'm going to by a bottle pourer which should hopefully solve the problem.

I use this for keto BPC and it's great. Truly flavourless and it's good value for money compared to similar product sizes in health food retailers.Some reviews complain about opening the bottle... it actually comes with a rubber stopper inside to prevent spillage in transit. Pull the lid UP and you will see it. You can then throw it away and use the regular screw cap lid.Would buy again at this price!

I can't believe someone designed this bottle, someone approved it and they are selling this type of bottle neck and finish with an OIL inside. Jesus, have mercy. It's hard to measure a teaspoon when an entire bottle's contents comes like a flood.MCT is fine, when used reasonably. It was hard to find the exact calories. It should be printed on the bottle but whatever.

After researching, discovered this was supposed to aid ketosis. Was struggling a little with fatigue at first as I was learning the best foods to eat and how to make my macros the correct percentage 😊 from the day I started taking this, my energy levels shot through the roof. Might have coincidentally tied in with getting my diet right but I’m pretty sure the MCT oil had a huge impact. 😊

This product has doubled in price. It is good quality the bottle does very easily get oily. Disapointed as I had this on a subscribe and save and it could have slipped through the net.

I use this in my coffee. Lasts a long time and is very good for the digestion. Reasonable price.
