This was recommended to me by doctor for my hair when I had somehow lose a portion of my hair 2022. I had PRP done in, with other added procedures plus this tablet and my hair grew back rapidly. I still take them to this day and we in 2025 lol.

Tastes pretty weird but easy to swallow and my hair is healthier.

I have a little hair thinning and this does seems to be helping reverse that problem. Biggest difference I have noticed is my upper arms are losing that hanging flabby look. The skin is actually tightening!! I'm very pleased and plan to continue buying this product.

الصراحه ماشفت فرق كبير منها يعني مره يادوبك حتى ماتطول الاظافر بسرعه بس الي لاحظته انها قوت الاظافر والبشره صارت افضل شوي الشعر مافرق فيه شي كبير بس صراحه بنات حلوه يعني مو سيئه هي ماتطلع نتايجها لا بعد كورس ثلاث شهور وانا اخذت حق كورس واحد فا بتطلع معكم نتايج حلوه لو تاخذونها كورس ثلاث شهور
