The paint is of a good quality and dries quite fast. I used it on a wooden surface painted with Duco, and it is working quite well on that. I applied 2 coats of paint, a few hours apart and let it dry for half a day. Then rubbed chalk all over to condition it, and began using as a chalkboard. Just do not use sharp edges on it because the paint can peel off if you do that. However I would consider it quite pricey, and I hope similar cheaper alternatives are available locally in India soon. This paint was so easy to use and came out great! I suggest following the directions exactly, and allow to dry for longer than you think necessary. Also, use two coats. That’s how I did it and my little chalkboard came out better than it was when I got it new!
