Okay, let's get this out of the way now. If you're looking for something that's going to give you 4K 60fps, look somewhere else. I'm not going to knock this little gem of a device just because it doesn't perform to the level of a $200 capture card, that's just dumb! BUT, if you're just beginning your streaming journey, or want a way to hook up your Switch, PS4, Xbox or other HDMI output console, this will most definitely get the job done. And the price is right to boot! This little guy is plug and play. No drivers, no installation, just plug everything in and you're good to go. It provides decent image quality for what it is, rocking at 1080p 30fps for my basic streaming needs. There have been a small handful of issues with the display not feeding through after some non-use, but the traditional unplugging and plugging it back in fixes it. Annoying, yes, but for about $20 bucks, I'm not complaining.

So I’m reviewing this device because of the buzz it was getting on Twitter and YouTube. Yes it seems too good to be true. But after acquiring everything I need to turn my Sony A6000 mirrorless camera into a webcam (I am using it in Streamlabs OBS for streaming on Twitch), I tried this baby out and it works FLAWLESSLY. Such a huge quality improvement over my Logitech C922 Pro. I am blown away considering the low price I paid for this compared to what I would have had to fork out for an El Gato camlink (if I were lucky enough to even find one). Truly impressed
