Very pretty and straighforward to fit Our new-build light fixture needed some alteration at the celing to make a proper job, and I did cut the central mount rod to bring the bowl closer to the celing. Alteration wan't difficult. I have it on a dimmer on one of the switches

Nice light and easy enough to figure out how to install (I'm not an electrician) despite the accompanying instructions (if they can even be called that), which were useless. As it's being sold in the UK, it really should come with a note explaining which wire is live and which wire is neutral (as they are black and white respectively on this light fitting, and therefore aren't standard UK/EU electrical wire colours). Unlike other reviewers, mine did come with an earth/ground wire (which incidentally is UK/EU coloured, being green and yellow).

These light are excellent quality for the price. Well made and looks good when up. Great light with 8w led bulbs (equivalent to old 60w). Delivery was actually a bit sooner than estimated. Quick and easy to install.

Ceiling light for upstairs hallway. Not sure what type of glass it is but it certainly does not look like or feel plasticy and had an authentic handmade feel to it. Easy enough to install although you have to be a little bit creative to ground the fixture as there is no ground terminal. Great quality at this price point. Light spreads very nicely as long as you use 3 bulbs in it.

Beautiful product and amazing customer service. The first one arrived smashed to pieces (courier at fault as it was obviously squashed and had a huge hole which Hermes had patched over with their branded tape). I contacted the seller to say it wasn’t worth them paying for the return. They immediately offered a replacement and whilst I was sceptical it would arrive in one piece, I agreed because I really wanted it. I also needed it quickly as I was expecting to have been fitting the original one. It arrived in less than a week, extra solidly packed (although the first one was too, to be fair), and the new one is beauty. Really happy to deal with this company.

Had to wait a long time for delivery due to unforseen carrier problems. Seller very helpful when I had to message them and very reassuring. The product itself is easy to install, reasonably priced and will be easy enough to clean. Very pleased with my purchase.

3 bulbs required, which are slightly visible, unless metal rod cut and light fitted flush to ceiling. Shade is lightweight, actual feels like plastic in parts, to the touch.

Super Ausleuchtung aber leider ist die Gewindestange zu lang - sieht nicht schön aus. Aber wer diese Lampe anbringt kann auch Metall schneiden. Dann hat man eine schöne Lampe im Tiffany Stil auch für dünne und fragile Regipsdecken. Das Sie aus Kunststoff besteht sehe ich eher als Feature, ea gibt hunderte Lampen dieser Art - aus Glas und damit viel zu schwer für unsere Wohnung. Wir sind zufrieden.

Entierement satisfait
